MIRACLES I HEAR ABOUT EVERY DAY

     My son died of a brain tumor.  He was on all kinds of pain killing drugs, and drugs to make him eat, drugs to make him sleep.  Don, marijuana is the ONLY thing that made him eat.  Marijuana is the only thing that made him smile.  Marijuana was a Godsend to him.

     Don, the doctor keeps giving me Coding for my back pain.  It gives me stomach cramps.  So I can't take it.  So my back kills me.  My choice is stomach cramps or terrible back pain.  Marijuana is the only thing that works and I'm tired of feeling like a criminal because my back hurts and I won't take Coding.

     Don, I'm a 53 year old grandmother.  I've been on morphine for back pain  for several years and now I'm addicted. I tried marijuana for the first time last month and I was amazed at how much better marijuana works.  Now I'm going to get a medical marijuana card and become an activist.  I was always against marijuana.

     The only reason people have a negative image of marijuana is because since the 1930's  Americans have been lied to about marijuana for the greedy profit of Pharma-crooks. (and others)
Their medicine at their prices and if you can't afford it...go die!  Doctors have never been told about marijuana as medicine and have been harassed, fined and discouraged by the profit mongers through the might of their enforcement arm, the American attorney general and the drug czar.  Our government works for them, not for the the good of the people.  The problem with health care world wide is that it is for the rich.  Can't afford care or medicine?  Well, go die!!  Third world country? THAT'S US!  Look around. Do you have affordable health care?  Do you have any health care?

     Why such a draconian attitude about marijuana?  Why did they try to sweep all the information on the history of cannabis down the memory hole? (The Cannabis Common Sense cable tv show Ch11 live on Friday nights at 8pm)  Our tv show keeps showing all of the old medicine bottles containing cannabis so folks can remember that cannabis IS MEDICINE.

     The brutal truth is that marijuana is non-addicting, non toxic.  An analgesic with NO adverse side effects.  ISN'T THAT JUST THE SCARIEST THING YOU EVER HEARD?   IT IS IF YOU CAN'T COMPETE, AND THE PHARMA-BASTARDS CAN'T COMPETE!!

     This government wants to control and snoop into every aspect of your life.  Your privacy?  That's a joke.  Your constitutional rights?  That's a joke too.  Our government lies and cheats for its own benefit.  Our government creates wars to make profit for a top few  corporations!

     Because they want marijuana to go away, they force people into drug treatment programs they don't need, to acquire statistics that have no meaning, then point to these statistic's to show us how many people are in treatment for marijuana addiction.  (Even more amazing because marijuana is not addicting) Will treatment for aspirin use be next?

     Perhaps all these little miracles I hear about every day amount to one big miracle, one that was given to us all on the very first page of the bible and repeated again in Exodus Ch 30 V21.
So smack yourself with a page from the bible you greedy pharma addictors.  Take that!!!

 

ROGUE COPS (AND HOW TO BEAT THEM)

     Our law enforcement system has long ago become a law unto itself.  (Internal Affairs guarantees it!!)
Nearly every day I hear from a medical marijuana patient about what rogue cops are doing to them.  Vancouver Washington cops illegally searched and took (stole) one medical patients medicine and growing equipment, evicting him from his house for several hours, then tried to get him to snitch on other patients in return for not arresting him.      Several counties in Washington state have illegally used military FLIR infra red military recon planes to obtain illegal search warrants to steal medical marijuana. 

     LET ME TELL YOU THIS...

Both the Washington State supreme court and the US Supreme court have held that search warrants based on infrared is an illegal search.  The US Supreme court said that infrared is unconstitutional because other wise there is no protection to the citizen homeowner from ADVANCING TECHNOLOGY!!

     We are told of a St. Helens Oregon rogue cop that raided a medical garden, telling patients their hash oil made from their medical marijuana is not legal.  Then he takes it (steals it) takes plants and growing equipment and is allegedly growing the plants himself. Another St. Helens resident reports the cop is smoking marijuana in the police car.

     I called the cop and talked to him, expressing my concern.  He denied all knowledge.  I called the Columbia county district attorney and told about my concern.  He promised to talk to the rogue cop involved.  I promised legal action if this rogue action continued.  (And I'll know because folks will tell me.)  Columbia County and St. Helens is warned.

     We are encountering rogue cops almost daily as they discover they can "mine," if you will, the treasure trove of medical marijuana patients.  Cops have discovered that medical patients have good marijuana AND THEY WANT IT!

     What is our defense against a rogue government and the cops that enforce their own law?  It is the old and simple right called "Jury Nullification."  What is jury nullification"  It is the right of the Juror to nullify the law and disregard the judges instructions.  In other words it is the citizen juror's right to say in effect, "this law is screwed and shouldn't be enforced and I won't convict."

     President John Adams our second president, had to say:  "It is not only his right but his duty...TO FIND THE VERDICT ACCORDING TO HIS OWN BEST UNDERSTANDING, JUDGMENT AND CONSCIENCE, THROUGH IN DIRECT OPPOSITION TO THE THE COURT."  Our founding fathers understood that a fully informed juror would confine the government to its proper role as servant, NOT THE MASTER OF THE PEOPLE.

     This government wants to be the master of the people, arrest sick people, steal their medicine, control what they get from the pharmacy at their prices, spy on them with infrared, listen to their phone conversations with out a warrant, steal their elections, ignore them in a disaster, and kill them in an unnecessary war etc. etc, etc.

     Thomas Jefferson said, "I consider trial by jury as the only anchor yet imagined by man, by which a government can be held to the principles of its (own) constitution."  Our constitution is in the way of the Nazi's in the white house. Wide spread knowledge of jury nullification is more important than ever.

     Look  up jury nullification on the internet.  Print out the information and five it to every one you know.  If you don't know your rights, you don't have any.
